Tom Watts guided us to the perfect Airstream for us and was friendly and knowledgeable along the way, and Todd Utsman stepped in on the day of our pickup and was very helpful. Lance Durst took all the time we needed to teach us about the Airstream on the day we picked it up, and Kim Storie made the paperwork go smoothly and pleasantly. After our first camping experience we returned to the dealership with questions. We did not have an appointment, but Amanda Phelps stepped up to patiently show us how to do a few things and answer our rookie questions. Caitlin Johnson worked with our crazy schedule to get us scheduled for our 90 day check up and followed through on several occasions when we had to find a new date. I don’t know the names of the reception staff or the people working in the store or the service tech who tweaked a few things at pick up, but everyone on the staff was cordial, professional, helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend Airstream of South Florida and North Trail RV to anyone shopping for an RV. While there, I decided to look at their inventory since I was in the market for an RV for myself. Brian Coke greeted me and my daughter and patiently took us both through their inventory carefully. He explained the differences in quality and price of their used Class A Motor Coaches and stayed within my budget. As a former VP of Sales, I am naturally critical and very skeptical of all sales people and the games they play. Brian, however comes from a different mold. He was more of a consultant than a salesman. He educated me and ensured that I got an RV that suited my immediate needs as well as providing for some growth. Brian’s love and many years of experience in sales and RV ownership made me extremely comfortable pulling the trigger and purchasing an Allegro 31SA. Should I ever trade up, no doubt I will be reaching out to Brian. Additionally, his after-the-sale follow up was top notch. P.S.
